Brera in a Glass

The ochre color gives it an elegant vintage effect with a slightly retro flavor that harks back to the historical nature of the location.
The frosted glass echoes the cobblestones of the stone pavement, which, in two parallel lines, lead to Bar Brera, where the Brera cocktail is born today.
In homage to the Milanese artistic district, the bohemian heart of the city, which brings to life incredible atmospheres of ancient memories preserved in the nearby Academy of Fine Arts and the Pinacoteca.
The same sensation that Bar Brera wanted to reproduce in the cocktail destined to become historic, composed of only Branca® ingredients mixed as follows:
- 3 cl of Stravecchio
- 4 cl of Antica Formula
- 1 cl Fernet Branca - Schweppes® Ginger Beer
The creation of the Brera cocktail aims to offer the idea of being part of a project that enhances the history and culture of a renowned brand. Drawing inspiration from mixology, it aims to provide a complete experience that embraces community, history, and art.
In line with this vision, a Convention for Excellence and Culture has been signed between Bar Brera and the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera. As the first result of this collaboration, two artistic works of the cocktail have been created, reinterpreted by Manuel Ricciardi and Massimo Pugliese, two students from the Academy who have provided two very different viewpoints.
Massimo Pugliese created a drawing using pencil colors with a classic technique, while Manuel Ricciardi produced a digital representation of the drink using various 3D software, resulting in an HD frame from a computer animation.
