Bar Brera celebrates summer accompanied by Favolà’s Made in Italy tonics

Milano, June 17, 2024 – Bar Brera, on the occasion of the upcoming Summer Party scheduled for June 21 starting at 6:00 PM, has chosen to donate part of the evening’s proceeds to Fabbrica Dei Segni, a social cooperative committed to providing employment opportunities for disadvantaged individuals.

The cooperative promotes inclusion by creating and managing productive activities that support the employment of people with disabilities, psychological or psychiatric challenges, and those in detention or post-detention situations. It is a space for growth, experimentation and exchange, with the goal of safeguarding individual dignity and preventing social marginalization.

“Fabbrica is a rather special place where, through the creation of books and games, we try to build new opportunities for those who have never had them or have lost them,” explains Walter Moro, President of Fabbrica Dei Segni. “This invitation to celebrate summer with you, surrounded by special drinks and art, is a truly welcome opportunity to give even greater meaning to our work.”

The event, organized in collaboration with Favolà – premium Italian mixer – will be an unmissable occasion to celebrate the summer season in style. Set in the artistic heart of Milan, Bar Brera, located in the vibrant bohemian district, will offer guests a unique experience combining the art of mixology with the unmatched quality of Favolà’s premium mixers.

Founded in the late 19th century as a meeting place for culture and social life, Bar Brera remains an icon in the collective imagination.

Favolà is an innovative line of premium mixers that celebrates Italian style, standing out for its freshness and versatility. The range includes four high-quality tonics, created by professional bartenders, with perfectly balanced natural aromas that make them ideal both for mixology and for enjoying on their own.

During the evening, guests will enjoy a modern and versatile drink list featuring four unique cocktails, including one alcohol-free option, all crafted with Favolà tonics. Highlights include the “Brera State of Mind” in two versions (Indian Tonic or Lemon Tonic), “Generation Ginger” with Ginger Beer, “Tu Prada, Io Brera”, and “Favolosamente BB” available in two variations. The experience is completed by the signature Brera Cocktail, made with Branca ingredients and reinterpreted for the occasion with Favolà Ginger Beer.

The collaboration with the Brera Academy of Fine Arts also continues, promoting culture and excellence through initiatives involving students. For the event, student Matteo Roversi created a mixed-media digital artwork celebrating the collaboration between Bar Brera and Favolà.

The Summer Party is part of a series of events celebrating the cultural vibrancy of the Brera district—historically a crossroads for artists, musicians, writers and intellectuals, and still today a lively meeting point.

The event will take place on Friday, June 21 from 6:00 PM at Via Brera 23, offering a unique opportunity to experience a night of quality, creativity and conviviality in the heart of Milan.
